Women’s Champion Beth Phoenix & Kelly Kelly def. Michelle McCool & Layla (with Vickie)
The impressive combination of new Women’s Champion Beth Phoenix and newly drafted Diva Kelly Kelly proved triumphant over Team Lay-Cool. After cleaning house with absolute dominance, The Glamazon tagged in Kelly Kelly, who dropped a leg on Layla for the huge victory.

Michelle McCool & Layla (with Vickie) def. Divas Champion Eve & Maryse; Kelly Kelly drafted to SmackDown
With both the Raw and SmackDown rosters being represented, the first Draft match of the evening fell to Divas Champion Eve & Maryse representing Raw against Michelle McCool & Layla of SmackDown with the winning brand receiving a Draft pick.

Unfortunately for the red brand, Maryse let her ego get the best of her. After relinquishing her Divas Title to Eve a couple of weeks before, the conceited Canadian seemed more interested in fighting with her tag partner, allowing Lay-Cool the opportunity for victory. For their first Draft pick of the evening, SmackDown acquired Kelly Kelly.

I apologize yet again for abruptly stopping my weekly Smackdown Analysis blog. There are a number of reasons for this and being the open person I am, not wanting to leave anything unexplained because you all deserve to know…whether or not you care though is another thing entirely, lol, I am going to air out my fanny…

(-) I stopped watching wrestling on TV, again. I lost my patience for it. I would be bored to death for most of the shows and they need better storylines, however Vickie’s right now is great I think.

(-) Mickey downloads and posts all the latest videos into our vault but I am super busy on and offline as of late and haven’t even had time to sit down and watch anything since the Raw match after Wrestlemania.

So for now I am temporarily retiring “Time To Get…Smacked Up!” and replacing it with “Vivacious Va-Voom!” which will be a weekly analysis of Vickie’s attire! I will have my first addition up…next week!

Mickey and Kathy have been ‘holding down the fort’ top notch. I love my co-webs!

As Beth Phoenix was busy knocking Women’s Champion Michelle McCool from the ring, Layla hit an earth-shattering neckbreaker to triumph over Mickie James. Afterward, Team Lay-Cool mercilessly attacked and humiliated The Glamazon, ramming her into an ironing board before smearing lipstick all over her face.

In unrelated to the site news, you may or may not have heard that musician and more recently also “reality” TV star, Bret Michaels, of Poison, 47, is in critical condition suffering from a subarachnoid hemorrhage, which is quite serious and, for those of you who may not know, it is bleeding around the brain.

I found out the way I usually do about ‘breaking news’ whether “celebrity” related or in my personal life, from someone else! My mom was watching some shitty show on TV when I was walking past her room and one of those annoying pop-up banners showed up on the bottom of the screen…she told me and I was like “Woah…him?” It was shocking as he is one of the last people I would imagine going anywhere anytime soon.

Coincidentally I fear hemorrhaging and cerebral aneurysms more than anything….brain related traumas and problems are always scary and usually life threatening…I wouldn’t even wish one on someone who has really burned me.

His family, friends, fans and especially children need him – so even if you aren’t a fan of his at all, please join the Vivacious Vickie staff in wishing the best for him. I did what I call “praying my own way” for Bret. I am not Christian or Atheist…I am not any religion but would consider myself mostly Agnostic…but believe in an afterlife and higher power. I do talk to the higher power but not by saying Our Father and what not, I don’t believe in a lot of the teachings about “God”, and think religion is…a problem, to be nice with words. I just talk, ask for guidance and for the Creator to protect those who have died and who are struggling to live and, well, all of us in general. This is something deeply personal to me that I don’t usually talk about but I don’t think it would be appropriate in any way to ask you guys to “pray” when i don’t do it myself.

Whether you are religious or not doesn’t matter. We are all human and entitled to our own beliefs, opinions and LOVE. We all deserve a hand to hold both literally and figuratively, when we are scared, suffering, etc.

Talk to the one upstairs for Bret? I have and will continue to hope for only the best for him. Never his biggest fan but always a supporter of Poison, I truly hope he makes it through this and recovers fully. Even if I didn’t like the guy at all, seeing as he’s a decent human being, I would still wish nothing but the best for him. I’m sure hospital peoples are doing everything they can to save him…it all comes down to whether or not he has done all he was meant to in this life and whether or not he is ready to move into his next space.

Actors, musicians and wrestlers have been dying way too young for decades and decades. This is to hoping Bret will not be the latest casualty.

I was originally skeptical about Vickie being used as a TV character. Vickie got a presence and poise that can’t be taught. This girl generates so much heat, which is extremely difficult in this day & age. She knows when to milk the crowd with just a facial expression and her patent quote in “Excuse Me!” Vickie is already talented enough to elevate other talent by just being linked to them in story line. I consider Vickie to be one of the most surprising break out Diva in the last few years.

I just get annoyed when WWE tries to put her in embarrassing situations. I wasn’t too much of a fan of her being stripped down to her underwear a few weeks ago. I feel Vickie should have heat to her character & not be relegated to comedy fodder for television.
